We built this company because we were tired of watching businesses get burned by IT providers who overpromise and disappear. No runaround, no jargon, no disappearing acts. Just a team that picks up the phone and gets it done.
In 2024, we made a deliberate shift to become an AI-first MSP. Not because it was trendy, but because we saw the real, measurable impact AI could have on the businesses we serve. We use it internally to deliver faster, smarter support, and we bring it to our clients as a genuine competitive advantage.

Victor has been leading IT operations across New Jersey for over 25 years. He built Strategic Micro Systems because he was tired of watching business owners get burned by MSPs who overpromise and disappear. Direct, no-nonsense, and always available when it matters.
Tom runs the technical side of Strategic. Security-obsessed and AI-fluent, he architects the systems that keep our clients protected and ahead of the curve. If a tool doesn't solve a real problem, it doesn't make the stack.
